At BlueRockCanada, we are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on our shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed from Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays. Our processing time after receiving your order is between 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, we will send out a notification email that your item has been shipped and should be arriving within 4-12 business days. Depending on what product is purchased, we ship from US, Canada, and China warehouses.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
All our products are shipped from USA, Canada & China warehouses.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 before tax to Canada and continental US.
For orders under $49.99 before tax, we charge a flat rate of $6.00 dollars.
Estimated Delivery Time:
All Products are shipped and delivered within 4-12 business days to Canada & continental US on all our store items.
How to Check the Status of Your Order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bluerockcanada.com or 905 529 6184 with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

International Shipping:
Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada and continental US currently. We do not offer international shipping.
