Shipping Policy

At BlueRockCanada, we are committed to providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on our shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times.

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed from Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays. Our processing time after receiving your order is between 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, we will send out a notification email that your item has been shipped and should be arriving within 4-12 business days. Depending on what product is purchased, we ship from US, Canada, and China warehouses.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

All our products are shipped from USA, Canada & China warehouses.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 before tax to Canada and continental US.

For orders under $49.99 before tax, we charge a flat rate of $6.00 dollars.

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

All Products are shipped and delivered within 4-12 business days to Canada & continental US on all our store items.

 

How to Check the Status of Your Order:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bluerockcanada.com or 905 529 6184 with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, we only ship to Canada and continental US currently. We do not offer international shipping.

Return and Refund Policy:

Thank you for shopping at BlueRockCanada. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied a 15% restocking fee is applied.

 

Inspect your item upon delivery and report any defective issues immediately within 24 hours via email if the item arrived damaged or if you aren't satisfied with your item. After the 24-hour window, we cannot accept any claims of damage. 

 

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at https://www.bluerockcanada.com  BlueRockCanada Corporation does not refund any return shipping charges. With limited exceptions, we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s). Please note refunds can take up to 14 days depending on you financial institution.

 

To be eligible for a return, you must report it within 14 days after receiving the item. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with all included accessories and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include proof of purchase.

To start a return

We offer self serve returns located under the quick links section at the footer of our website under My Account section or click here to start You may also contact our customer care office at info@bluerockcanada.com or call us at 9055296184, be sure to note your order number and reasons for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions to print a return shipping label. The return shipping label cost will be deducted from your store credit refund amount. Please use the issued shipping label to ensure proper processing of your return. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure the package is returned to our customer care office.

 

You may return your package to any U.S. Post Office or Canadian Post Office location. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your return is received and processed by our returns customer care office. Please allow 4-12 business days for processing returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact our customer care office at info@bluerockcanada.com or 9055296184, we try to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

 Cancel Order:

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of order confirmation by email, if your order is cancelled you will get a full refund.

 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately preferably within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged during transport or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and exchange the item or issue a full refund. In this case, we fully cover any return shipping costs.

Important: If you receive a damaged product, you must contact our customer care office at info@bluerockcanada.com or call us at 9055296184 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Failing to do so may result in a denied claim. When possible, please have picture(s) available of the damage or defect to expedite assistance. Damaged or defective item(s) will be replaced if available or with a BlueRockCanada store credit or a full refund of the purchase. Manufactured defective or malfunctioning products/items must be reported within 7 days after you've received the item to qualify for a full refund, failing to do so may result in denied claims.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept exchanges for electronic items that have been used and are not in their original package or any purchased item which is not in its original packaging complete with all its tags and accessories or show signs of use and are reported outside of the reporting period of 14 days after receiving your item.
